Abstract

The aim of this work was to verify the oral diseases development in dental prosthesis users (DPU) and their concern about their young relatives (YR) oral health. The sample was composed by 27 DPU and 33 YR. The method was based on a questionnaire application with 23 questions, and an oral clinical exam of the participants. The DPU main problem was oral bruise (88,9%) and 96,3% answered that they have concern with their young relatives oral health. It could be concluded that DPU showed oral problems and have concern about their YR oral health.
