Revista de Direito da Unigranrio is an open access and free journal, which does not charge submission, review, or publication fees (APCs) and does not provide financial compensation to authors, reviewers, or editors.

Authors retain the copyright of their works and grant the journal the right of first publication, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
