USO DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DO PENSAMENTO COMPUTACIONAL COM FOCO NO ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM DE MATEMÁTICA: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA
Abstract
The objective of this article is to investigate and analyze evidence from empirical research and integrative reviews that associate the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the development of Computational Thinking (CT) with a focus on the teaching and learning of Mathematics. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, we searched for publications in seven databases from 2018 to 2025. The results indicate that AI-based technologies, when integrated with CT, make pedagogical practices more dynamic and personalized, fostering the development of skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical argumentation, and student autonomy. The tools identified include intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive environments, gamification, educational robotics, and chatbots. The gaps highlighted focus on the need for specific teacher training, in-depth empirical studies at different educational levels and sociocultural contexts, and the analysis of the teacher's role in pedagogical mediation with AI. It is concluded that the planned integration of AI and CT in Mathematics Education has the potential for more inclusive and effective practices.
