TEACHING INFORMATION: training of students on the Pedagogy course

Abstract

The Educational Product presented here aims to socialize the actions developed in the initial training program and contribute to the training of teachers in the Pedagogy degree course. We present a Didactic Information with the in- tention of socializing the actions of students in the Pedagogical Residency Program, enabling a complement to training and providing opportunities for engagement with the demands of contemporary education. The proposals and skills developed by the Pedagogy/Literacy Center at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), in Ituiutaba – MG, are contained in this educational product. The validation of this Didactic Information took place through a pedagogical meeting in the format of a workshop, in a private school, and a form was made available to teachers, electronically, via email for data collection, using the Google Forms program. Thus, we had access to information from the 12 teachers about knowledge prior to the presentation of the product about the Pedagogical Residency Program, it was verified that the validation of the educational product was successful, in terms of its applicability and results. We concluded that the PRP made a solid and effective contribution to the initial training of residents.
